Morning Green Juice

INGREDIENTS

(2) cups of kale

(1) lemon

2 1/2 inch of ginger root

(1) chunk of turmeric

(1) cup of cucumber

(1/3) tsp. spirulina

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash ingredients in a bowl, combing apple-cider vinegar and baking soda. Swirl your veggies in the bowl, then rinse well.

Cut up ingredients and add them to the juicer/blender. Mix well. Pour into a chilled glass.
