3 ingredient Gluten-Free Vegan Banana Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas ( the browner the sweeter they will be)
1 cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour
2 cups of dairy-free milk
*OPTIONAL
Add vanilla extract and/or cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium-sized bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
Add flour slowly. Mix well.
Next, add 1/2 of your milk.
*NOTE: You will add according to the way you like your pancakes. If you want them thicker, add less liquid. If you want them to be thin, add more liquid.
